Privacy Policy
How Texas Notice Tracker collects, uses and protects account and project information.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Information we collect
We collect account details, company information and project records you choose to enter so we can provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used to operate, secure and improve Texas Notice Tracker. Sensitive project documents are not used for advertising.
Authentication and limited usage events
Necessary authentication cookies maintain your secure account session. We also record limited first-party usage events, such as public-page views, signup requests and successful workspace actions, to understand product use. These event records do not include email addresses, project names, invoice amounts, document content or a persistent visitor identifier. We do not add advertising cookies. Browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control disables optional browser events.
Hosting providers may separately process network and request logs for operation and security. Billing is handled by Polar; authentication, database records and private files use Supabase; transactional email uses the configured email provider.
