What happens when you subscribe?
Sign in or create an account, then open Billing. Polar displays the final price, billing interval and any applicable taxes before you purchase. No paid trial is started when you create a free account.
The application verifies subscription status before granting paid access. A checkout-return message alone is not payment confirmation. Existing records remain available when your subscription ends, but adding projects above the free limit and paid email reminders require an active subscription.
Use Manage subscription in Billing for payment details, receipts and cancellation. A cancellation scheduled for period end retains paid access through the verified paid period.
Questions about plans
Does the subscription include legal advice or lien filing?
No. Legal review, statutory notices, filing and enforcement are separate from the subscription.
Are all project types automatically supported?
No. The initial automated workflow supports Texas private commercial first-tier subcontractors. Review the scope table before entering a project.
Can I access existing records after paid access ends?
Existing workspace records remain accessible. The free project limit applies to adding projects; it does not delete your records.
Who can help with a billing problem?
Email support@texasnoticetracker.com with the account email and a description. Do not send card details or passwords.
